zolu, basically it's a way to warn people to moderate their behaviour. Basically, Dolphin got PKed and became a little choice with his metaphors. It's put there by anybody with moderating powers. And yes Dolphin, I should have removed it long ago. Sorry.

KAJ, we do have a banned category. Wandering Balne is the only member who has this title and the reason he no longer posts is because he's ISP BANNED, that's what Dark Pete's comment was about.

ABSF, is there a time limit on this vote? Also, what is the voting ratio. 2/3rds or simple majority? I reckon it will be carried either way but it might be good to draw up the policy for future policy decisions.
