A group of people huddled in St. Elizabeth's Hospital as zombie groans can be heard echoing through the streets. Closer and closer the groaning comes as those in the hospital prepare for the worst in their own way - some preparing their weapons while others seek refuge in hiding places hoping to go unnoticed. A mass of zombies tear down the remaining barricades to the building and the terror begins. The zombies tear into whomever they can find. Duke Torgul, Kiki Cooper, and bpalmer are torn apart and brought down quickly as the generator is destroyed. As the generator is destroyed the hungry zombie mass, which seems to have an uncanny ability to find the living, find Taloula Belle huddled behind a desk in one of the wards. Her terrified screams echo off the walls as she is bitten and clawed to death horrifically. Later after the battle cjspearing comes upon the horrible scene. Searching through the hospital CJ moves the bodies of the fallen out into the street including Taloula in the hopes that they will be aided. A mass of 11 bodies lies outside of the hospital, their potential and dreams lost to the horror of the city. 20 zombies roam the area directly near St. Elizabeth's their intent unknown. Dolphin, rises from the ground as if in a dream or a sleep which has lasted too long. Sluggishly he stands up, shaking himself and looking around.
Zombies are quiet.
Regaining his footing, he hears an eerie sound. It sounds like a zombie, but wait, something is different. This sound seems less threatening and more imploring!
Dolphin makes his way unsteadily to the place from where this sound originated, but it is gone.
Zombies start to surround the lone survivour and he senses a welling up of fear.
The syringes that Dolphin carries feel like they have a life of their own. He hears voices in his head saying, "Inject me. Free me from the pain."
A sharp pain enters Dolphins head, but he is at a loss as to why.
Dolphin looks around for the source of his calling, but in vain. "Why, why does this voice call me?"
Questions rack him.
He retreats to a nearby building in the hope that he may end the agonising cries that haunt him as he falls into a fitful sleep.
